CondoPRO has engineered a facilitation service that minimizes these damages, allowing the building to continue looking it’s best, as well as ensuring that your condo fees are not impacted by unnecessary damage to common areas. This program is funded by individual Resident’s moving, rather than the Condominium Corporation, also adding to the savings. ConoPRO’s quick and easy service allows you to conveniently book on-line, easily choosing your preferred date and time (provided the proper five business days’ notice is observed).
